Our firm represented Tolman’s (Israel) Ltd., which imports and markets luxury furniture and household items from the world’s leading manufacturers and designers through the chain of stores it owns – within the framework of the deal, Caesarea Development Company will build a logistics center within a 12,000 square meter area in Caesarea’s Business Park, which Tolman’s will lease for a period of 24 years at a total cost of approximately NIS 144 million.
