Adv. Zohar Padova is a partner at Gross & Co.’s Litigation Department.
Zohar specializes in providing legal guidance and advice in legal proceedings before the various court instances in the fields of civil-commercial and administrative litigation.
Zohar possesses broad professional knowledge and experience in the fields of civil and commercial litigation, including in the fields of real estate, corporations and contracts. Zohar provides legal guidance to private customers, local authorities and well-known companies in lawsuits and complex legal proceedings, including alternative dispute resolutions (such as arbitration and mediation) and in requests for the cancellation of arbitration rulings.
Zohar specializes in providing legal representation before various administrative judiciaries, including in tender proceedings.
Zohar completed his internship at Lipa Meir & Co. and continues as an attorney. In 2012, he joined the law firm Natan Meir & Co. as a partner, which merged with the firm of Gross & Co.
