Adv. Yotam Leshem is a Partner and Head of the Gross & Co. Energy and Project Financing Department.
Yotam is an expert in the field of energy and project financing and has accumulated extensive legal experience and knowledge in tenders (PPP), including tender procedures, purchase and marketing of natural gas (GSPA agreements), financing agreements and EPC and O&M agreements, electricity and energy sales and purchase agreements and more. Yotam’s experience includes advising private, financial and governmental entities in the energy and infrastructure market, as well as in the field of transportation, security, water desalination and other areas.
Prior to joining our firm, Yotam was a Partner in the Project Financing, Energy and Infrastructure Department at Tadmor Levy & Co., where he accompanied significant projects in the field, including the acquisition of the Alon Tavor power plant, the debt turnover of the northern stations, the Rapac Group gas transactions, solar power plant financing and other considerable gas transactions. Among his prominent clients are the Generation Group, Mivtach Shamir, Rapac, CHEC, Bank Hapoalim, Bank Leumi, Bank Discount, institutional investors and more.
