Yair Hadar is an associate in the hi-tech and venture capital department at Gross & Co.
Yair provides ongoing representation to startup and hi-tech companies in all stages of their activities, including early stage and later stage investments, commercial agreements and mergers and acquisitions.
Yair practice includes, inter alia, cross border mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating international commercial transactions, venture capital and financing transactions, as well as ongoing corporate counseling.
Yair joined Gross & Co. in 2021, after presiding as a legal counsel to a leading Israeli smoking products company and as a hi-tech associate in several of Israel’s leading law firms.
