Yael Mirone Mezamer

Biography

Yael Mirone Mezamer is a partner in the real estate department at the Gross & Co. office.

Yael specializes in representing contractors, entrepreneurs and private clients in a variety of real estate transactions in Israel and abroad, including representing contractors in residential projects around the country and providing ongoing consulting and guidance of contractors and developers at all stages of the project, from acquisition of real estate to registration of rights, handling of transactions and purchase, handling of renting transactions of all kinds, handling large purchasing groups, representation in combination transactions and transactions in the field of urban renewal, handling of expansion projects in agricultural settlements, representation of entrepreneurs and contractors in financing agreements and assistance with banks, representation of financing agents in various loan agreements with entrepreneurs and contractors, tenders, planning and construction, representation with the various authorities, the Ministry of Construction and Housing, the Land Registry, Local Authorities and more.

Yael coordinates the handling of contractors and entrepreneurs in various residential, commercial and office projects across the country as well as the field of acquisition groups and accompanies these projects on their various stages.

Yael coordinates the department’s financing and loan transactions, sometimes representing the side of the developers and contractors and sometimes the financing agencies.

Yael has a wealth of experience in all areas of real estate and accompanies the firm’s clients in all stages of the business, including consulting on the stage of the transaction, conducting due diligence regarding the transaction, negotiating the agreements, escorting the construction and development phases to registering the rights.

Yael joined the our firm as an attorney in the real estate department in 2017. Prior to joining our firm, Yael worked as an attorney in leading and recognized real estate offices in Tel Aviv.
