Biography

Adv. Wanda Feinberg is a partner at Gross & Co. that specializes in various areas of commercial law.
Among other things, Wanda provides legal advice and representationin various complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments in corporations in Israel and abroad, funding of business initiatives, monitoring of transactions in the fields of planning and construction, consumption, financing, energy and infrastructures, banking agreements and more.
In the scope of her activities, Wanda provides ongoing legal guidance and advice to her clients on different kinds of contracts and commercial agreements, expert opinions on diverse legal issues, and is always readily available to address different situations concerning her clients’ activities- including management of the corporation’s case before various bodies, participation in board meetings held by her clients, consultation in the management of various organizational strategies, and more.
In addition, Wanda practices commercial regulation (focusing on the field of consumer protection, and protection of privacy laws and databases) and has handled cases and transactions as an external counsel on several occasions.
Wanda began her legal career at the law firm Natan Meir & Co. and became a partner in 2012. Wanda joined Gross & Co. following the merger with Natan Meir & Co. in 2022.
