For more than twenty five years, Shlomo advises investors, entrepreneurs and corporate clients, starting from their establishment and initial business transactions and through their “exits”.
The areas of Shlomo’s expertise include drafting and negotiating diverse commercial agreements, primarily focusing on financing transactions (including venture capital, debt and venture lending, angel, and corporate restructuring), licensing & technology related transactions, joint ventures and acquisitions, and providing day-to-day counseling in their business, corporate and legal affairs.
Shlomo and his team of lawyers have developed a unique expertise in debt financing for start-ups in their growth and mature stages, and Shlomo has been the lead attorney in hundreds of Venture Lending and other form of debt financing transactions. Shlomo and his team represent some of the most active investors in such type of transactions.
Shlomo’s clients include entrepreneurs, local and foreign investors (local and foreign venture capital funds, commercial banks, institutional investors, private investors, and technology incubators) and companies in various fields of technology, including semiconductors, software, defense and security solutions, cyber, fintech, health care, IOT, Artificial Intelligence, and medical devices.
Shlomo also lectures and mentors seed stage startups in various tech accelerators, and is active in introducing start-ups and investors.
Shlomo joined Gross & Co. as a partner in December 2017. Prior to joining, Shlomo headed a corporate tech department at a boutique law firm.
