Shira Shick is a member of the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital department at Gross & Co.
Shira advises start-ups and life sciences companies at all stages of development, in a wide range of international transactions. Shira engages in commercial agreements, including investment agreements, capital financing, development agreements and collaborations, as well as ongoing support of companies in various fields.
