Shai Hager specializes in corporate law, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law and advises directors and officers of public companies and of partnerships on corporate, capital market, corporate governance and finance matters.
Shay represents Israeli and foreign companies in investment transactions, acquisition and merger transactions of private and public corporations as well as in a wide range of corporate matters, including related party transactions, executive compensation, and fiduciary duties of directors and officers. He also has extensive experience in various aspects related to raising capital and debt in Israel, including initial IPOs and secondary IPOs, as well as the overall aspects of capital market law.
Shai’s clients include leading Israeli public companies and partnerships, including companies registered for trading outside of Israel as well as private companies that offer bonds to the public in Israel. The corporations that Shai advises operate in a variety of areas, and in particular real estate, energy, holding companies, industry and services.
