Shaked Cohen is an associate attorney in the High-Tech, Venture Capital and M&A practice groups at Gross & Co.
Shaked advises startups and tech companies in all stages, starting from formation through the product’s development and commercialization stage, until merger and acquisition. The clients to which Shaked advises range from domestic and international tech companies and their founders, in a wide variety of tech-sectors, to venture capital, private equity and corporate investors.
Shaked specializes in representing both companies and investors alike, in equity and debt financing transactions, M&A transactions, joint venture collaborations, shareholders agreements, various commercial transactions and other domestic and cross-border transactions.
Shaked regularly advises clients on a wide array of ongoing legal matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, drafting of corporate actions and policies, adoption and maintenance of equity incentive plans, providing legal opinions and drafting and negotiating of various corporate and commercial agreements.
Shaked joined Gross & Co. in 2019 as an intern, and returned as an associate in 2020.
