Shai Erez is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group and specializes in complex litigation cases and international disputes in a variety fields of law, including business and commercial litigation, corporate litigation, class actions, derivative actions, and administrative actions.
Shai has extensive experience in representing Israeli and international clients in complex business disputes before courts of all instances, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings. Shai handles large-scales class actions and represents individuals, corporations and public entities in various disputes. Shai defends corporations and their officers in derivative actions relating to corporate and securities laws, in claims pertaining to their fiduciary duties.
Before joining Gross & Co., Shai worked for over nine years as a trial lawyer and senior counsel in one of the largest leading law firms in Tel Aviv.
