Adv. Shahar Gershon joined our firm in 2023, as an associate in our M&A department.
Shahar specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law.
Prior to joining Gross & Co, Shahar worked for several years in the insolvency department of a leading law firm in Tel Aviv, where his practice focused on insolvency proceedings litigation, receivership, Bureau of Execution proceedings and commercial dispute litigation, along with providing ongoing legal advice to commercial companies as well as for real estate financing partnerships.
