Rotem Helbitz joined Gross & Co. in 2010 as an associate in the Labor Law Practice.
Rotem advises Israeli startups and multinational clients on ongoing labor related matters. This includes legal advice on labor law issues, ongoing consultancy, composing labor related agreements, and legal opinions of various matters, assisting with termination procedures and complex issues of harassment or discrimination claims.
Rotem has extensive experience in handling labor and employment aspects of M&A transactions and has been involved in dozens of transactions, representing target companies, acquiring companies and investors.
