Adv. Rotem Davidi is an associate in the Real-Estate Department at Gross & Co.
In the scope of his work, Rotem, specializes in handling and representing entrepreneurs and tenants in transactions within the field of urban renewal. These projects involve both TAMA 38 type initiatives, as well as evacuation and construction projects.
Rotem has garnered vast experience in representing entrepreneurs and contractors alike, as well as in dealing with combination transactions, drafting lease agreements in the real estate field, financing projects, the sale of assets in the agricultural sector and the managing of taxation aspects involved in real estate deals.
Rotem completed his internship at the State Attorney’s office (Central District) and joined Nathan Meir & Co. Law Offices as an associate attorney which then merged with Gross & Co.
