Rona Bergman Naveh leads the Corporate and Project Finance team, and specializes in finance transactions and large, complex transactions which may include joint ventures for the purpose of acquisition, M&A, corporate law, financial arrangements, and competition law.
Rona has been involved in mergers and acquisitions for a range of clients and advises Israeli companies in connection with securities offerings, both in Israel and abroad.
Together with her team, she provides support to all the departments of Gross & Co. in these practice areas.
Rona joined Gross & Co. in 1996 and became a partner in 2000.
