Adv. Ron Ben Shachar joined Gross & Co as an associate in the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital department in 2022.
Ron specializes in advising start-ups and high-tech companies at all stages of development, including early stages and investment rounds, commercial agreements and M&A agreements.
In addition, Ron advises venture capital funds and international private investors, in equity investment and debt financing transactions, and in various commercial transactions, as well as ongoing corporate counseling.
Prior to joining GKH Ron served in the Military Advocate General’s Corps, first as a legal advisor, and later as a Military Prosecutor.
