Amongst others, Roee has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring complex commercial and technological agreements, R&D agreements, intangible asset purchase and assignment agreements, governmental grants, open source code projects, terms of use and privacy policy for various online platforms and services, source code escrow agreements, marketing and branding agreements, etc.
In addition, Roee manages complex privacy compliance projects (including the Israeli privacy laws and security regulations) for clients in all areas and sizes, from start-ups to international banks and corporations.
