Renana joined Gross & Co. as an intern in 2018 and as an associate in 2019.
Renana specializes in securities law and corporate law. She regularly advises public companies regarding various aspects of securities law, corporate law, corporate governance and commercial matters. Furthermore, Renana guides companies through proceedings of capital raising, initial and secondary offerings of securities, as well as representing companies vis-à-vis the Israeli Securities Authority, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and other institutions.
