Oren Kedmi is a Partner in the High-Tech, Venture Capital and M&A practice groups at Gross & Co.
Oren advises startups and tech companies in all stages, starting from formation through the product’s development and commercialization stage, until merger and acquisition. The clients to which Oren advises range from domestic and international tech companies and their founders, in a wide variety of tech-sectors, to venture capital, private equity and corporate investors.
Oren specializes in representing both companies and investors alike, in equity and debt financing transactions, M&A transactions, joint venture collaborations, shareholders agreements, various commercial transactions and other domestic and cross-border transactions.
Oren regularly advises clients on a wide array of ongoing legal matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, drafting of corporate actions and policies, adoption and maintenance of equity incentive plans, providing legal opinions and drafting and negotiating of various corporate and commercial agreements.
In addition to his legal practice, Oren lectures about law, startups and entrepreneurship, as part of the LL.B. program at the Academic Center for Law and Business, Ramat Gan.
Oren joined Gross & Co. in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Oren was a Hi-Tech and Venture Capital associate in the leading law firms in Israel.
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Summa Cum Laude, from the Academic Center for Law and Business, Ramat Gan, Israel, with focus on international commercial law. Oren was on the dean’s list of honor in all 4 years of his studies.
