Omer Advises Technology companies of various industries in all aspects related to commercial and corporate law, including, inter-alia, investment transactions in multiple stages, M&A transactions, commercial transactions, and ongoing legal aspects of the business.
Omer graduated from the International MBA program of IE Business School in Madrid, where he specialized in technology startup companies.
Before joining Gross & Co., Omer was the founder and CEO of an internet startup company and worked at a leading Tel Aviv based law firm.
