Moshe Ganot focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, capital markets, corporate governance, corporate finance and commercial transactions.
Moshe has extensive experience in various domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, representing both Israeli and international clients and has advised over the years on many complex and high-profile transactions in the Israeli market.
Moshe advises Israeli large scale corporations on a wide variety of corporate and securities matters (including, corporate governance, D&O fiduciary duties, independent committees on going-private transactions, shareholders agreements, tender offers, asset purchase agreements, corporate reorganization, capital raisings, dividends and capital reduction, ESOPs and executive compensation) as well on matters relating to distribution agreements, business partnerships and joint venture transactions.
Moshe also provides legal advice to international clients in connection with corporate matters, M&A / “going private” alternatives and securities law issues.
Moshe previously worked as a corporate foreign associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate divestitures and private equity investments.
