Atty. May Grinfeld is a member of the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital department at Gross & Co. Law Firm, where she advises start-up companies, venture capital funds and high-tech companies during all phases of their activity, from their early stages and investment rounds to commercial agreements and purchase and merger agreements.
May specializes in representing companies and investors in capital raising transactions, in mergers and acquisitions transactions, negotiation management and closing local and international commercial transactions, as well as providing ongoing consulting regarding corporate issues.
Additionally, May, serves as a teaching assistant for Dr. Ayal Shenhav and Partner Shay Yanovsky’s “Start Up Law” course, as part of the LL.M program at Tel Aviv University.
May first joined Gross & Co. as an intern in the high-tech department in 2020 and then as an associate in the department in 2021.
