Matan Winkler is a partner in the firm’s litigation practice and has several years of experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes and class action suits.
Matan represents international clients before all courts in Israel and before international tribunals such as ICC and SCC. He also has extensive experience in arbitration and mediation proceedings, including complex procedures worth significant amounts of money, in various aspects of civil and commercial law.
Matan specializes in conflict resolution and commercial litigation for private and public companies including start-ups, technology based companies, venture capital entities, biomed companies and real estate companies, in the civil, administrative and High Courts.
Matan provides ongoing advice to clients through all stages of the legal dispute with a wide perspective, striving to achieve the best solution for his client with attention to the nature of conflict and maintenance of the client’s business goals.
Matan also deals with real estate sale transactions, and represents clients in legal disputes related to aforementioned field.
Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Matan worked for over two years in one of the largest leading commercial law firms in Tel Aviv. His work included representation of well know large public companies in the various courts and in complex arbitration proceedings. He also provided several commercial companies with ongoing legal advice in regard to all of their business and contractual affairs.
