Loni Bahar joined Gross & Co. as an associate in 2011, and became a partner in 2013. Starting 2022 Loni shall continue in the firm as Of-Counsel. Loni heads the Turkish Desk of the firm and his practice focuses on tech deals, cross-border M&A transactions, corporate governance matters and commercial law. Loni is a member of High-Tech & Venture Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Banking & Finance practices.

Prior to joining Gross & Co., Loni worked for more than four years as a corporate associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. Loni has represented buyers, sellers, special committees of independent directors and financial advisers in connection with mergers and acquisitions transactions of public and private companies, including private equity transactions and formation of joint ventures. Loni’s practice spans a wide range of industries, including energy companies, technology companies, industrial companies, multinational platforms, banks and other financial institutions.
Previously Loni served for five years in the Military Advocate General’s Unit as a legal counsel in the International Law Department and as a prosecutor in the Central Command.
