Lior specializes in providing ongoing advice and guidance to companies in the areas of corporate law, securities and corporate governance, including IPOs and secondary securities issues, capital and debt raising, mergers and acquisitions of private and public companies and assists in drafting a wide range of commercial agreements.
Lior joined Gross in 2018 as an intern and in 2019 continued as an attorney in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
