Ligal Mechani is a member of the Environmental Law, Climate Risk Management-ESG & CleanTech department at Gross & Co. Law Firm.
Ligal provides legal advice regarding agreements and regulation relevant for the department’s clients, including design, construction, implementation, operation and procurement of facilities and technologies in Israel and worldwide.
His practice includes, inter alia, international distribution agreements, project related agreements, tenders and such.
Ligal joined our firm in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Ligal joined Tabib Geva & Co. as an Associate. prior to that, Ligal joined the litigation department of Lipa Meir & Co. as an Intern.
