Israel has extensive experience in all areas of the real estate industry and has handled significant purchase and sale transactions, combination transactions, exchange transactions, investment and partnership transactions, (including large investment bodies), offices, employment, shopping malls and commercial centers and more ( including projects that started from the acquisition of rights to the delivery of the units and registration of rights); Private Land Projects and State Tenders, Extension Construction Projects, and Entrepreneurship for Business in Agricultural Settlements; Handling very large construction evacuation projects; Transactions and projects in the field of urban renewal and TAMA 38, as representatives of entrepreneurs and as representatives of apartment owners and care of large purchasing groups and associations for construction as well as various rental transactions.
Israel also specializes in planning and construction in all areas – Legal support for the planning of city buildings and various construction plans, support for construction permit issuance procedures, legal guidance in the planning aspect of major projects such as the various infrastructure and handling of current planning and construction issues including objections, appeals to planning and construction committees, and handling of petitions and grievances.
Israel represents large real estate companies and entities, including contracting companies, investment firms and large private entrepreneurs. He also represents landowners and assets, acquirer groups, contractor execution companies and infrastructure works companies. Israel also represents many public entities such as local authorities and large government companies.
Israel has extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with various authorities, such as the Israel Lands Authority, local authorities, Planning committees, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and more, as well as the handling of significant legal proceedings, in all cases, in real estate.
Israel Aziel joined Gross & Co. in 2017 as a partner and head of real estate. Prior to joining our firm, Israel worked in a leading real estate law firm in Tel Aviv.
