Ifat specializes in M&A transactions, corporate matters, and capital market commercial transactions. She serves as ongoing corporate and securities counsel for both publicly traded and private companies in a variety and advising clients on a range of issues related to all aspects of their day-to-day business, corporate reporting and compliance issues.
Ifat has substantial experience in all aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investment and joint venture transactions. Ifat also has extensive experience representing public companies, whose shares are publicly traded in Israel and abroad, with respect to regulatory matters, corporate governance, and other matters.
Ifat represents local and international clients across a range of industries, including biotechnology, medical device and software and counsels these clients in a vast variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, material transfer agreements, drafting and negotiating technology, commercial transactions and other legal and business issues.
Ifat is experienced in the representation of public companies, counsels companies on public and private offerings, including IPOs, follow-on public offerings, tender offers, periodic reporting, disclosure issues and other general corporate issues.
Ifat also counsels Israeli government companies in private and public offerings, government companies law and in connection with day-to-day management.
Ifat joined Gross & Co. in 2004 as an articled clerk, became an associate in 2005 and was named partner in 2015.
