Atty. Hadar Shkolnik provides counsel in the Gross & Co. Litigation practice.
Hadar provides ongoing general counsel to major Israeli and foreign clients, with an emphasis on American entities, with all matters concerning their business in Israel. Specifically, Hadar advises international banks, hi-tech companies, shareholders and directors in high-profile commercial litigation cases. Hadar also provides counsel for venture capital funds from early establishment and ongoing legal advice, to complex litigation of local and foreign funds in Israel.
Hadar joined Gross & Co. as an intern in 2012, and continued as an associate for four years. Over the course of the following years, Hadar received her Master’s degree at Colombia Law School and worked at an Israeli Startup company as their in-house counsel in New York.
As of 2020, Hadar began working as the COO of an Israeli venture capital fund and has returned to Gross & Co. as counsel for the Litigation Department.
