Giora has nearly 30 years experience in the field of litigation, and is noted among the most prominent litigators, boasting an impeccable reputation with regards to legal representation before all court instances, including various regulatory bodies. Moreover, Giora has years of experience in the fields of mediation and arbitration.
Furthermore, Giora holds a unique specialization in the field of class actions (including in the fields of local authorities, consumer protection and media), managing complex ownership disputes (among partnerships and corporations both in Israel and abroad), derivative suits, complex disputes, requests for the cancellation of arbitration proceedings and more.
