Eylon is a is a member of the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Practice Group at Gross & Co., where he represents private technology in a variety of industries and different stages of their development. His practice includes, inter alia, cross border mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating international commercial transactions, venture capital and financing transactions, as well as ongoing corporate counseling.
Adv. Eylon Israely joined Gross & Co. as an intern in 2020 and as an associate in the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital department in 2022.
