Eran Morag is an of counsel in the Corporate, High-Tech, Venture Capital and M&A practice groups at Gross & Co.
Eran specializes in High-Tech, day-to-day corporate commercial transactions and M&A, representing companies in all stages.
Eran regularly advises his clients on software licensing, intellectual property, privacy, antitrust, open source and day to day cross-border commercial transactions and operations including supplier and equipment purchase transactions.
Eran has been providing in-house legal services to corporations since 2010, inter alia, to some of the largest and most cutting-edge Israeli and global tech companies (both as part of the corporations’ inhouse legal department and as part of the services provided to those corporations by the largest law firms in Israel).
Eran has an extensive experience in a wide array of matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, adoption and maintenance of equity incentive plans, and negotiating on various corporate commercial agreements.
