Dr. Eyal Diskin focuses his practice on cross-border transactions and high-tech and venture capital. He has counseled clients on structuring and carrying out a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, private equity transactions, joint ventures, financing transaction and other complex international transactions.
Eyal has substantial experience in representing acquirers and investors both local and international, as well as sellers and issuers. He advises companies through all stages of development regarding all their corporate, securities and general commercial needs and regularly counsels clients on commercial and technology transactions, including licensing, commercialization and distribution agreements.
Eyal’s dissertation at Harvard Law School explored theoretical and legal aspects of contract law.
Eyal is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Law.
