Chen Manzur is a member of the High-Tech, Venture Capital and M&A practice groups at Gross & Co. Law Firm, where he advises Israeli and international clients, from technology-based companies in a variety of industries and different stages of the growth cycle, to top tier VCs, investment banks and leading global companies.
Chen’s professional experience includes cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital and finance transactions, commercial and technology transactions, collaboration agreements as well as experience acting as special investigative counsel to corporate audit committees.
Chen is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Law.
Chen joined Gross in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Chen served about 10 years in the Israeli Intelligence Forces and the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office.
