Amit Grinberger Niddam joined Gross & Co. in 2019 as an associate in the banking department. Before that, Amit completed her internship at a leading Haifa-based law firm.
Amit advises private and public companies, banks and other financial entities on matters relating to legal and regulatory aspects, including, ongoing capital market activities; Amit provides legal counsel in transactions and on an ongoing variety of aspects of securities law, corporate law, corporate governance, remuneration and financial regulation; Amit also accompanies public companies in raising capital and debt, represents companies before the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and establishes and implements compliance plans.
