Congratulations to our client – Tadiran, for the approval of the Court to a plaintiff’s withdrawal from a Class Action against it.
A motion to certify a Class Action was filed in 2019 against Tadiran in the amount of ILS 11.5 million, alleging for breach of contract and of duties stipulated under the Consumer Protection Act. By the end of the proceedings, the Court approved an arrangement for the plaintiff’s withdrawal from the Class Action according to which, without waiver or admission of any kind, the Company undertook to grant its customers a benefit worth ILS 50,000, as well as to clarify certain details in its service agreements.
