Congratulations to Rani Zim Shopping Centers Ltd., on signing an agreement for the sale of 50% of its land rights to Avcan Management and Ventures Ltd. The land is approx. 12 dunams and resides near Ma’alot city.
Simultaneously, Zim signed a joint transaction agreement for the establishment and management of a hotel and commercial properties on the land. The parties intend to pursue this initiative in partnership to create, build and manage the real estate.
Partners Israel Aziel, Head of the Real Estate department, Yael Flatau Bilu, and Attorney Aylor Binstock accompanied Zim in the successful deal.
