Congratulations to our client – Rani Zim Shopping Centers (TLV:RANI), on another successful transaction in which the company partnered with Kardan Israel and Geva Kfar Saba, in a set of agreements that includes a joint transaction agreement to sell 50% of rights in a real estate project that includes commercial, logistic and server farm located in the east industrial area, Kfar Saba.
In addition, the engagement also included the regulation of the relationship between the project’s parties.
The scope of the transaction is approximately NIS 195 million. The scope of construction employment is estimated at hundreds of millions NIS
