Congratulations to our friends at Property and Building Corp. Ltd. (PBC) -Doron Cohen, CEO, Larisa Cohen, legal counsel, Baruch Itzhak, CFO- for its acquisition of Aaron Frenkel’s 37.22% stake in Gav-Yam, for NIS 3.1 billion!
We are proud to have represented PBC, including the closing of a finance agreement with Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank for approx. NIS 1 billion.
