The department advises Israeli companies undertaking projects or transactions across Asia, as well as companies in Asia that aspire to expand their business to the Israeli market.
The department sees Singapore as a major gateway to the integration of Israeli companies in Southeast Asia, and invests many resources in developing working relationships and collaborations with a variety of private and governmental bodies.
Our China Desk is at the forefront of representing Chinese companies investing in Israeli companies or establishing operations in Israel. From representing ChemChina in its 2011 acquisition of Makhteshim Agan for 2.4 billion to representing Chinese investors in Israel’s dynamic high-tech sector and advising Chinese companies participating in and bidding for infrastructure projects in Israel, our experience covers the entire spectrum of China-Israel cross border transactions. We also have many years of experience assisting Israeli companies enter the Chinese market including forming Joint Ventures and WFOEs, making direct investments into Chinese companies and creating long-term business relationships with Chinese partners.
