Gross & Co.’s Antitrust & Competition Law practice provides expert service and ongoing counsel on competition law matters to industrial companies, banks and financial institutions, as well as communications and energy companies.
The department has extensive knowledge in various fields related to competition law:
Issues related to company mergers, share purchase agreements, activity purchase agreements and other agreements that may be considered “company mergers” within the meaning of the Antitrust Law, drafting and accompanying implementing the client’s enforcement program.
The team advises the firm’s clients on antitrust issues related to commercial agreements, such as exclusivity agreements, market sharing agreements, non-compete agreements, and more.
The department represents clients before the Competition Authority and the Israeli Competition Tribunal in appeal proceedings against the decisions of the Competition Commissioner. In addition, the legal team represents the department’s clients in criminal proceedings for alleged violations of the Economic Competition Act and related criminal offenses.
