New Competition in Food Sector Law

In March 2014, the Israeli Knesset (parliament) approved the Promotion of Competition in the Food Sector Law (the “Food Law”), 2014. The aim of the Food Law is to increase competition in the food sector and the consumer products sector in order to lower prices for the end-customer.
