Congratulations to Manor Evergreen Fund on completing its first closing. The fund was formed by Avi Ortal, Yuval Zehira and Lilach Katz.
Investors in the fund include leading Israeli anchor investors – Menora, IBI Underwriting, and Leumi Partners.
Manor is a private equity fund with a unique evergreen structure allowing investors redemption rights (as compared to other private equity funds which typically have a limited duration and no redemption rights). The fund’s unique structure required solving many challenging legal and structuring issues.
Dr. Ayal Shenhav, Aviad Feldman, Gavriel Maimon, Jonathan Daniel and Aviv Toby of our International and Hi-Tech Department represented the Fund, while Oren Wolpin and Eylon Szatmary of our Corporate and Capital Markets Department represented the anchor investors.
