Welcome to the GKH Seed Network! – creating a match making platform between start-ups and investors which will put our clients a step ahead of the rest.
This is our first bi-monthly newsletter and we would like to share our goals and introduce a few of our upcoming initiatives. As many of you know we are currently investing extensive time and effort building our Seed Network.
The GKH Seed Network is a platform intended to create added value for our clients through funding, human capital, distribution channels and conferences. We have 30 years of experience in the Israeli hi-tech world to facilitate and match between investors in both the US and Israel in order to assist seed and early stage investment and other opportunities for GKH hi-tech clients.
Additionally, we understand the needs of our clients and investors relationships’ which allow us to vet the companies, introducing only the start-ups that fit each investor’s profile. This creates exposure to new companies without wasting time on the companies unsuitable to the investor.
GKH’s interest is solely as a legal service provider, the firm takes no fees from investors or GKH clients for work performed as part of the Seed Network. GKH’s goal is to assist its early stage tech clients to reach a wide range of connections and investors that would be otherwise difficult to access, thereby nurturing each initiative from its earliest stage.
As part of our focus and long term view our dedicated team has grown. Under Itay Frishman as head of our Hi-tech and Venture law department, Dov Rozenberg has recently joined as business development manager. Together with the marketing and business development teams, all under CEO Erez Kahani, they will help grow and upkeep the network.
The program creates ongoing opportunities for ‘intelligent’ exposure. GKH is investing in a platform for match making our clients a step ahead of the rest.

TechStars
GKH (together with PWC) is bringing Techstars virtual office to Tel-Aviv.
GKH is happy to cooperate in officially and exclusively hosting virtual office hours with Techstars, the number 1 startup accelerator in the world. We are proud to help create a platform for the best Israeli companies to get direct feedback from Techstars and increase their chances of joining the program.
As part of this initiative, GKH and PwC will help applicants prepare for their presentation by providing feedback and mentorship, and while leveraging their deep experience advising and supporting Israeli startups in their journey to the global markets.
In addition to TechStars video conferencing we intend to help prepare, guide and accompany the companies planning for and engaged in this process. If you would like to present and participate in any way please let us know.
Life Science Seminar
GKH and McDermott Will & Emery are hosting a breakfast seminar on U.S. and Israeli Life Science Updates.
