Gelilot North Complex

Court Rules on Ownership of Billions of Shekels of Land of Gelilot North Complex.

At the end of a long and media-driven legal process regarding a claim raised by dozens of ‘holders’ (a small part of them farmers) to ownership rights in lands in the Gelilot North complex (Ramat Hsharon), valued at billions of shekels, the District Court has made a decision. The court ruled in favor of our client against all of the farmers’ claims.

Attorney Eitan Rothschild, a senior partner at our firm in the Administrative Law, Tenders and Municipal Government department, guided the Ramat Hasharon Municipality to this successful conclusion following a complex process involving the Israel Land Authority and KKL-JNF.
