We were happy to participate in the Fahn Kanne (Grant Thornton Israel) Director Breakfast Club meeting yesterday.
Adv. Oz Sasi, a partner in our Commercial and Class Action Litigation Department, lectured at this meeting. Adv. Sasi reviewed recent District Court and Supreme Court case law developments related to judicial review of directors’ and executives’ performances, and noted the practical implications of such rulings on the daily conduct of directors.
