We are proud to announce Egged’s sale of 60% of its stock to Keystone Fund, one of the largest and most significant infrastructure transactions made in Israel in recent years!

Partners Esther Koren, Ifat Sheftel Ben-Zvi, Moshe Ganot, Atty. Asaf Stott, and intern Noa Nahum of our mergers & acquisitions department represented the company in the lucrative transaction.
