Our firm often deals with employee suits against their employers in the building sector, and as such follows closely this field, including the different changes and innovations, while also acting at times in order to make such changes, including petitioning labor courts.
Enclosed is the summation of the changes that the collective agreement is expected to implement in the building, infrastructure, heavy mechanical equipment, public works and renovations sectors, which was signed on 29 June, 2015, and is expected to come into force shortly, as the Minister of Economy signs the collective agreement extension order (Hebrew).
