Streamlining the Investment consulting process:
Over the past few years there has been an attempt to improve the quality of investment consultancy services provided. As part of this process, the Israel Securities Authority published on July 7, 2015 suggestions for streamlining investment consulting, mainly in the fields of documentation of the consult and the content of the protocol. Also, on July 5, 2015 the ISA published insights resulting from supervising over licensed investment advisors, some of which have already taken effect, and others will come into force with changes in legislation.
