We are reminding you that by law, every corporation has to pay an annual fee.
Associations
There is still one and a half months left to qualify for a reduced annual fee to the Israeli Corporations Authority, until the 31.3.20.
Nonprofits for the first two years of their activities and nonprofits whose financial turnover in 2018 has not exceeded NIS 300.000 will pay an annual fee of NIS 150 for 2020.
Nonprofits whose financial turnover exceeds 300.000 NIS will pay an annual fee for 2020, as follows:
Until 31.3.20, a reduced fee of NIS 1,137 will be paid.
From 1.4.20 until 31.12.20, a standard fee of NIS 1,511 will be paid.

Companies / public benefit companies / partnerships
There is still a month and a half left to qualify for a reduced annual fee to the Registrar of Companies, until 31.3.20. The reduced fee amount is NIS 1,137.
A company that will pay the annual fee for 2020 from 1.4.20 until 31.12.20 will be required to pay the normal rate of NIS 1,511.
